Because our soaps are handcrafted in small batches and intended for personal use, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

That said, your experience truly matters to us.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience a quality concern, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will happily make it right with a replacement or refund.

Due to the artisanal nature of handmade products, slight variations in color, scent, and texture are part of their natural charm and are not considered defects.

If a scent isn’t quite the right fit for you, we warmly encourage gifting it to someone special — many of our customers love sharing their bars this way 🤍

For those with sensitive skin, we always recommend testing on a small area first. Because every person’s skin is unique, we are unable to offer refunds for individual skin sensitivities or allergic reactions.
