🌿 Processing Times

All of our soaps are handcrafted in small batches with great care.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada and internationally.

If your country is not available at checkout, please feel free to reach out and we will do our best to assist.

🚚 Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as Canada Post and international postal partners.

Shipping times vary by destination and are outside of our control once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

⏳ Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

International deliveries may take longer depending on:

  • Customs processing

  • Local postal systems

  • Holidays or disruptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

🛃 Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential fees.

⚖️ International Regulations

Customers are responsible for ensuring that our products are permitted for import into their country.

We are not responsible for items delayed, rejected, or confiscated by customs due to local regulations.

📦 Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.

📍 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, we recommend contacting the carrier first. We are always happy to help where we can.

❌ Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If an international package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect address information, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any refunds will be issued minus original shipping and return shipping fees.

🌡️ Warm Weather Notice

Because our products contain natural ingredients, exposure to extreme heat may soften or alter their appearance during transit.

While this does not affect usability, we recommend retrieving your package promptly after delivery.
